Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CyPredict ("the Service") is operated by CyPredict, a Romanian entity. The Service is a market-intelligence software product focused exclusively on the XAUUSD (gold) instrument.

2. What CyPredict is — and is not

CyPredict is decision-support software: it shows directional bias, confidence scoring, trap-risk indicators, timing windows, entry/stop/target zones, CY commentary, and a Gold News Impact feed.

CyPredict is not a broker, custodian, portfolio manager, or signal provider regulated as an investment firm. We do not hold your funds, place orders on your behalf, execute trades, or provide personalised investment advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that using market-intelligence software for XAUUSD is lawful where you live.

4. Accounts, security, 2FA

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• Two-factor authentication is offered for all users and is mandatory for admins.
• Notify us immediately at security@cypredict.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscription plans & billing

Pro and Elite plans are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You may cancel at any time from the customer portal and keep access until the end of the current billing period. EU consumers retain their statutory withdrawal right.

6. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or bulk redistribution of signals or news data.
• No use for or on behalf of sanctioned parties.
• No attempts to probe, interfere with, or overload the infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

All software, UI, engine logic, and copy are the intellectual property of the operator and its licensors. Your user-generated data remains yours and is processed under our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect.
