- 01Is CyPredict a broker?
- No. CyPredict does not hold funds, execute trades, or provide regulated investment advice. It is a market intelligence platform.
- 02Do you guarantee profits?
- Absolutely not. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. We publish our track record transparently and let the numbers speak.
- 03Which markets are covered?
- XAUUSD (gold) only. We intentionally focus on one market so the engine can be deep rather than wide.
- 04How often are signals produced?
- The engine runs every 5 minutes on the 15m timeframe and every 15 minutes on the 1h timeframe. Signals are only emitted above a minimum confidence threshold.
- 05What is trap risk?
- A risk score for false breakouts: spikes beyond a key level without retest-and-close, widening spreads, or volatility outliers. High trap risk means the setup can fake out.
- 06Do you offer a refund?
- Yes, we honour EU consumer law. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal any time; you keep access until the end of the billing period.
- 07What data sources do you use?
- TradingView Pepperstone XAUUSD chart widget for the live tape, Trading Economics + Finnhub for the macro calendar, Benzinga commodities channel for breaking wires, Firecrawl-scraped Kitco / FXStreet pages for editorial context, and GNews for broader headline coverage. The active list is visible in the admin panel and toggleable without redeploy.
- 08How is my data handled?
- Minimum necessary data for account and billing. Stripe handles payment; we never store card numbers. Export or delete your account from the settings page anytime — GDPR art. 17 compliant.
- 09Can I install CyPredict as an app?
- Yes — CyPredict is a Progressive Web App. On Chrome / Edge / Safari mobile use the install / Add to Home Screen action. Works offline for cached pages.
